ALL ARE SALES FINAL ON WIG ORDERS

 

Due to the nature of ROBBI ROGERS products there are no refunds or exchanges – NO EXCEPTIONS.  Adjustments can be made on wigs  if returned within 7 days after receiving.

Communication with Robbi Rogers will be required...

 

We only give an exchange if it’s an error on our end. NO EXCEPTIONS..

 Un open Hair products such as Laminates  and Curls can be exchanged.. The Products MUST have the original seal.

SHIPPING

All Wigs are shipped through Fedex and require a signature. 

 

All units have processing times under the product in the description. That time stated is the time your order will ship.  Processing time is 21 days.. ( unless unforeseen circumstances happen)

 

All orders come with signature confirmation.

 

When your order is shipped the tracking will be under your PayPal Account or under your PayPal email.

 

Orders shipped outside the United Stated are responsible for custom fees. We are not responsible for any custom fees. Once it leaves the United States we are not responsible for any issues that may arise.

 

APO addresses and If your out of the United States Shipping processing time is an extra 5-9 business days
